TianTian qualified and got to 2nd round in 2004... she can play well on grass... but then she got defeated by Rolle in first qualie round of Birmingham :o She's still my pick though

Its very hard to say as none of the Chinese players played during the grass season last year due to some national tournament at home the players were required to participate in. As a result, the Chinese contingents ability on grass is very much an unknown. It will be interesting to see how they perform and I'm sure there will be surprises.

As far as the non-Chinese are concerned it seems clear grass suits Sania Mirza's game and the Japanese have over the last few years also enjoyed playing on grass.

Na will probably be seeded 25-32, meaning she will face one of the top 8 in the R32. I am praying she draws Dementieva  and pulls the upset

Peng doesn't play the counter-punching style of most of the other Chinese players, and Sania has incredibly forceful groundstrokes, but neither look set to make an impression.

She'll be seeded in 25-32, but that means she faces any of the top 16 seeds. That's winnable.

Na is the favourite, but Jie, Shuai, Zi and Sania also have the chance

Na, simply because she has those good solid flat groundstrokes.

Peng as well, but I'm a bit concerned about her footspeed.
