before the draw i hoped for sofia to meet vento-kabchi.. That was the only player i could see sofia beat with over 50% chance. (sofia in bad shape and on clay)
Vento-kabchi is probably over as a tennis palyer and has lost 6 straight matches and th last two with 6-0 6-0 and 6-0 6-2 against.... well, not the best players.
sometimes you have to be lucky!

Actually Sofia can get to the third round! Easily beat Maria Vento Kabchi and then take out the qualifier/Yuan. But will probably fall to Schnyder.

I think Sofia could really reach third round if the qualifier she gets in her second round isn't a great claycourter. That would be quite a feat for her! Go Sofia! :D

I don't think Sofia could be Yuan on a claycourt in her current form, but she should defeat Vento-Kabchi easily
