The whole Reazai thing is unfortunate, she could kick a lot of these girl's asses. Hopefully she'll get a good qualifying draw

I hate the youngsters they put on there just cause it's the home slam - they're lucky to win a set.

Actually the youngest there is Alizé Cornet and she won a match last year :tape:

Who else should they give them too? Many players who get into the maindraw directly don't win a set

People are complaining that Rezai didn't get one. If she had a chance to do something, she deserved it.

Well she's a youngster herself

Aravane may be feeling so confident in her game that she prefers to get some matches and points under her belt through Qualies , she's done really well lately . Hope she makes it , she is great :)

Didn't Aravane Rezai play a couple of matches for Iran last year? Perhaps that has something to do with it?

If it wasn't though, that's pretty crappy especially considering she has 2nd round points to defend from last year and won a 25K on clay a couple months ago.

Probably more so than some of the others on the current list.

The lack of WC probably has a lot to do with Aravane's father.

Looks like a sensible list, although Rezai should have got one over Parmentier or Vedy.

That was just for Muslim athletes I believe...I don't think she was playing for Iran...that's just where the games were...
