many would have joked on this possibility 5 months ago when she just came back ....but now.....
i reckon she'll make it through her great consistency and obviously her great talent.
Come on,Martina, win the title today!

Why not?

If the YEC was next week - she would have made it.

Currently #6 - and with the Rome final points going on tomorrow she will widen the gap between her and Dementieva. Looks positive for her to be there!

Have to wait and see!

She should make it easily if she keeps up these kind of results :)

If she stays healthy, she will surely make it.

My goal for her at the end of the year is to be in the top ten. But maybe she will be deep enough into the top ten to make the YEC

Yes she will and I hope Venus be there so we will have something worth watching. Venus and Martina will be the rivalry of the year just watch and see, these two are going to be fighting in Grandslams this year if they are on different sides of the draw. Heres looking at a year of great tennis and not over hype.

I think it's definately in her grasp. At this point she's #6, and could poss Kuznetsova with a win today (or might have already). I don't think there's many other players who are capable of playing week in, week out, enough to pass her and drop her below #8 if she plays at this level.

Absolutely!!She deserves it,actually she plays an enjoyable tennis!I was so septic at the beginnig, but she really surprised me!Anyway, she's more convincing than Dementieva,Schnyder,Davenport and Kuznetsova who belong to the top 10
