22 Tournaments
- 9 times, the last opponent was Williams
- 4 times, the last opponent was Clijsters
- 4 'Bad losses'

* 'Bad losses' are all on surfaces with a nice consistent true bounce, and no variables in the surface to consider. ie. Hard courts of some kind. It's not that I think Justine plays worse on hard courts. I think hard courts present fewer variables, so other players play BETTER.
This is consistent with the fact that Justine has better (12 month) results on clay and grass than she does on hard courts. Based on that, I'd expect her to have a little better results outside than in. She handles the little variations in conditions better than most. But hard courts indoor is the simplest environment to play in. No wind, (hopefully) diffuse lighting, true bounce courts. She's only failed to make the semis once on clay or grass.

Thanks for the work, maybe you can put the tournament wins in bold. We don't always have to focus only at the bad things ;)

Very Impressive, and those 4 "bad" loses are against former top players or up coming players!

Noodles - That bold thing is probably a good idea. I'll keep it in mind going forward.

After Wimbledon it's a lot less, I hope she does well on the hardcourts and don't get injured. Then she will definately gain some points, lost on grass and RG.
