does anyone know if Dani is playing without her old coach? if so, does she have a new one? sorry if this has been discussed, I've been out of the loop, thanks.

I don't think Daniela has the desire to win anymore and is seems like she doesn't do much work to improve her game. Does she think now it's too late to be a top player?

I just sa some pics from the match on the website... I'm a little worried about her physique again... Daniela looks too skinny IMO. Those legs are killer, but seeing those pics only make me worried and she doesn't look that healthy at all. I wished I could see her winning matches again soon but more important I want to see Daniela and not think she's anorexic again...

Daniela did not deserve to win. She played horribly. Consistency is not a word in her vocabulary! Congratulations Anna - cool as it comes!

Well I think she still has the desire, but at the same time, she's not showing the improvements she needs to make. She has yet to improve her movement, and as of now she doesn't look as healthy as she could be( not strong enough). But everyone knows that the Daniela's biggest weakness id between the ears. I'd like to say a coach would make the difference but Daniela's so picky.. I hope she figures something out soon

Damn, Daniela. You ought to know your weaknesses by now (read: movement and consistency), so let's improve them! Better luck next tourney.

Looks like Anna's found some good form again. I figured she would sooner or later - she's still a teenager, isn't she?

She DOES have the desire to win. If you read her interviews you would know. And she has been working to improve her game. She's done a lot of fitness to improve her movement. And no she doesn't think it's too late. She still believes she can get back in the top 10. She's just going through a bad patch of tennis and she doesn't like the clay. But still this was winnable for sure.

What is Daniela's ranking. I'd be stunned if she was inside the top 20, and i'd be wondering just how exactly she could have achieved that, with her atrocious results in recent times.

She can say that but I don't see that in her matches... She just gives up. She hasn't improved her game in 4-5 years.
