Wow lena playing with Voskoboeva, any1 know if she is a good doubles player or not cause i want lena to get another good doubles partnership going
IMO Galya is a good doubles player - saw her partner Linetskaya at the AO, and if Zhenya had played better, they definitely could have challenged Zheng/Yan.
And IMO she's one of the best Russian volleyers.

Although she is more known for her doubles career, she also had a great singles performance reaching #31 as her highest singles ranking. She has wins over Sanchez Vicario, Hantuchova, Kournikova, Majoli, Maggie Maleeva, Myskina, Rubin, Schnyder & Zvonareva. In her best season (2002) she reached the fourth round at AO & won the last match of the Fed Cup Final against Sanchez Vicario (60 62), giving the title to her country, Slovakia.
In doubles she made two strongs teams, one of them with Dementieva (4 titles) winning the YEC & reaching the final at USO. The other one with Martinez winning just 1 title & reaching the quarterfinals at RG, USO (for twice) & Wimbledon.
Thank you :) I missed out that times.
