I didnt get a chance to watch it - How did she play ? At the start of the second set I felt she wasnt into it .. from watching the livescores ...

Pin had points for 2-2 in the first...and was on serve at 3-3 in the second. How, I don't know. :confused: Nice to see Hingis pull through after slow starts in both sets.

The match was closer than what the score looks. There were lots of long exciting rallies, and Pin was in there on most games. She hit some great shots.

But Martina!!! :woohoo:

The conditions weren't that great...cold, late, wet... :sad: But very, very happy Martina got through in less than an hour, It seemed that Pin gave her a bit of a challenge in the second set...still, 3 Aces in these conditions! (more than Sharapova?) Good for you Martina!
