However, this is their 'celebrity' issue, which brings it back to being a pop culture thing. No tennis player I know of has ever been on the cover of a business issue of Forbes.

On a serious note I am concerned that Maria has bitten off too big a chunk of fame and fortune early in her career. Her game, even as good as it is, can't possibly equal the great amount of fame and endorsements she receives and I think this puts extra pressure on her to win. It's been almost 2 years since Masha won Wimbledon and became a superstar. And if she plans to remain the highest paid and best known female athlete in the world she needs to become a great tennis player and win multiple grand slams. Now she still has plenty of time to become a great tennis player but time flies by very fast for athletes and I don't want to be here 2 years from now with masha still only having 1 grand slam title to her credit.
