I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but is it Peng Shaui, or Shuai Peng? Na li or Li Na?

How does it work?

In China, family name is placed in front and first name behind

In Chinese we call Li Na, Peng Shuai and Zheng Jie... :) while in English Na LI, Shui Peng, Jie Zheng... ;)
