If they played on clay I think Cohen-Aloro would be a fave but on this surface Eleni should take advantage of her game. I hope she's confiedent enough after two previous matches to win

sooo satisfied she won the game, she played nice tennis at the moments she could play, her injury seemed to trouble her a lot :(

at the end of the game - while still sitting in her chair at the other side of the court - she waved at us and posed with thumbs up for a pic, she is such a charming lady :o

Eurosport2 I guess. Believe it or not but I had a dream with Lena this night, I was standing a few metres away from Judith and Eleni watching them as they're about to go to practice courts. I don't know what was next 'cause I don't remember. It's only 2nd time ever I had a dream with her (at least as far as I remember) ;)

We'll be looking for you in the audience :) Don't gorget to take some pics ;) My Greek flag must wait til May, it's a big one, my mother brought it for me from Athens.

Rache, I think Eleni's match will start between 20.30 - 21.00 CET, it depends on Kim's performance ;)

 Eleni didn't win today, but she fought really hard and it really impressed me!

I must admit, when Dementieva went 3-1 up in the first set, I got out my Gernam dictionary and was revising my "Obst und Gemüse" as well as some of my German pronounciation! Then when Eleni was 3-1 down in the second set, I though, "I'd better watch this match", fortunately once I took notice I realised how great Leni was playing at times and that she was really fighting!

You could see the pain in her face though, the knee was definately troubling her. Hopefully, she can recover form this and i hoe she didn't cause too much damage.

Well done Eleni - what a fighter! Pame!

yes, great match from Eleni. I haven't seen her serve so well and hit the ball so well in a long, long time. If only she was 100% fit, at the end of 2nd set you could see she's in pain, she was looking at her coach (I guess) and shaking her head. When she was leaving the court she was close to tears but she blew a kiss to the audience, very gracious in defaet our Greek girl is. She made me very proud yesterday even though she lost.

Eleni and Anabel play semi-final doubles later today against Safina/Srebotnik. Pame girls!

It's a pity but it was a great tourney for Eleni. Let's hope she'll recover from her knee injury soon and will play better and better :)
