Just curious, how did Chevina get runner-up? Will he get more points than the rest of us that made it to the final but had no picks left?

If you check out the Suicide Tokyo PPO thread, it'll give a better explanation. Essentially, his picks, when they lost, lost fewer games than everyone else. In the thread, I made a list of which tennis players lost the most games (during their rounds), and then bolded whenever someone had chosen one of them, thus eliminating them. ;)

But, he does not get anymore points than the other 15.
