Is the ITF ever going to add this challenger in the calendar?

there is a TBA event on Feb 06 which is supposed to be in Mexico
its going to be in Merida

and the player list is already out, I know Tina Schiechtl, Daniela Muñoz & Erika Clarke are on that list. but ITF hasnt add this event yet? :confused:

I mean the ITF website ;)
