Safina Sick?

I am not trying to be rude, I am just concerned, what is going on with Safina's face at Gold Coast? She has these red spots all over and her face looks very puffy. She is obviously playing great tennis at the moment so it can't be anything too serious, but is anything wrong with her :confused: You can see pics at Getty, please respond if you know anything.

I think it's just bad acne. Everyone is use to most players having absolutely no blemishes on their faces or looking like models from their respective country that we forget that they have the same issues like everyone else.

Maybe it's heat rash.
