Why is my screen dark at this board when I log in?

I don't know what happened but for some reason when I log in my screen becomes dark, like it's nighttime or something. I can read and post and stuff, but it really hard on my eyes.

Any ideas?

Go to 'user cp', choose 'Edit Options' and in the bottom of the page you see the option for 'Style Set:'. You can choose between dark, light or default.
