Tamira . Go and work on your tennis, don't make the error others did to come too unfinished game-wise to the Tour. Save yourself for the big things comming soon :D

Bravo Ana! Pulled very well a difficult match!

Did anyone watch? That first set looks a bit too close for my liking, but she won and that's all that matters.

She got lucky in the first, when Tamira froze a bit serving for the set, it was a lot easier from then on.

I honestly think that Ana needs to change something, whether that is a coach, entire team... as her game is stagnating... she had so mach better game last year in Zurich and at the beginning of the year...

I mean I don't want to complain - she won, but for the future - it is only going to be harder and harder..

I really don't think it's time to panic just yet. It's the very end of the season, this was her first full year on tour, she's battled numerous injuries... So I don't think it's all that bad. Let's see what she'll bring in January 2006. :)

I'm just afraid that the same thing is not going to repeat as with Dokic. While she was winning everything was cool but she stopped improving while others kept on working on their games... look how she ended... it so easy to fall if thing are left for some other time..

and as for injuries; i kinda blame them on mismanagement as well...

Ana :inlove:

Ana's first serve was great in the first, 4 aces in her first 3 games, including two in a row! A lil too much mistakes, but when she got used to Tamira's game she felt ok! Now beat Golovin again!

Both will be top 10 someday. Top 5 if they remain healthy.

Two of my favorite young players. My two all-time favs are Capriati and Seles. Interestingly, Paszek reminds me of Capriati, while Ivanovic reminds me of Seles.

The 14 yo has potential, for sure.

Nice win, Ana! Showed the [even] younger opponent how to play!
