Well I guess she is so tired because she is losing matches. You know she is training, and then lose a match in which she had like 5-0 lead. Or lose a match in which just she played (makin errors, and few winners). So you know that feeling - Shit I lost again. I can't go on... I hope she will shatch out of it

not very probable....
u can see a players potential looking at his top20 encounters, this shows how talented the player is.
marta is like hmm... 1/10 in those matches:
WARSAW 2004 lost to (6) FARINA ELIA, SILVIA ITA 16 6-4 4-6 6-4
SOPOT 2005 def (2) SMASHNOVA-PISTOLESI, ANNA ISR 20 7-6(4) 6-1
SEUL 2005 lost to (1) SHARAPOVA, MARIA RUS 8 6-1 6-1
LINZ 2005 lost to (1/W) MAURESMO, AMELIE FRA 2 6-4 6-0
AUSTRALIAN OPEN 2006 lost to (8) HENIN-HARDENNE, JUSTINE BEL 6 6-2 6-1
ANTWERP 2006 lost to (5) DEMENTIEVA, ELENA RUS 8 6-3 7-6(5)
INDIAN WELLS 2006 lost to (5) MYSKINA, ANASTASIA RUS 12 7-5 6-3
WARSAW 2006 lost to IVANOVIC, ANA SCG 20 6-4 7-5
FRENCH OPEN 2006 lost to (16) VAIDISOVA, NICOLE CZE 16 6-1 6-3
MONTREAL 2006 lost to (4) KUZNETSOVA, SVETLANA RUS 7 6-1 6-3
MIAMI 2007 lost to SAFINA, DINARA RUS 12 6-3 5-7 6-3

she was no37 but the position was a bit exaggerated (well i know that the points decide about it but still she wasnt able to win with many players that were ranked lower than herself... losing to KUTUZOVA in IW no98:rolleyes: )

i just hope she ll keep a resonable level being a top 100 player, as she s certainly capable of doing so.

Firstly she plays Palermo qualies, on the next week she entered Bad Gastein tournament, and after that she plays Nordea Nordic Light Open in Stockholm. She still needs some withdrawals to enter the last two, but she will surely get in as she is 13th and 14th alternate. If she plays a final of at least one, she will have to withdraw from another ;)

''Mitt mål är att komma tillbaka till topp-50''

[30/07/2007 17:16]

My goal is to come back to top 50

During the qualification Marta has strongly impressed the crowd and last year she was in the top part of top 30 and for the webside she talks about the way back to the top, about Radwanska sisters and what she thinks about Stockholm among others.

- Hi Marta, how are you?
-I'm very good, it's so great that things have gone so well. It's really nice because it's the second tournament after 2 months of break and it's been a long time that I played on hardcourts.

- How does it feel to be in the main draws?
-It feels great, it was difficult but now I'm on my way back.

-What are your goals before the main draw?
-It's important to keep playing that the same level and get some points so I can keep up my ranking, I want to be back in the maindraws.

-What has happened, you were so good last year?
-I had a lot of problems at home and unfortunately I took them with me on court. My game started getting worse and it was weighing me down.

-Is the problem gone now?
- No it isn't but I'm managing to deal with it, get used to it. I can honestly say it isn't much fun to play this quali.

-You are not the only pole any more, there are the Radwanska sisters coming up also, how does that feel?
-It's great, you don't have all the pressure on yourself and you don't have to travel alone anymore.

-Is there any competition going on between you or are you friends?
-No, there is no competition, we are just friends.

-How big is tennis in Poland?
-It's quiet okay, it's becoming bigger and bigger. It's great that Radwanskas have come up, now you don't have all the media focused only on you, because they can lift you to the sky, but also push you down when you are not doing that well.

-Why did you start playing tennis?
-I was hanging around with my sister and father and really I started playing when I was 7-8.

-Did you only play tennis?
- No, no, I was swimming, doing ballet, horse riding, but then I was forced to focus on tennis.

-How do you feel about all the travelling?
-It's a bit tough because I miss home. When your friends think of something great to do, it's difficult to say that you have to go somewhere in the world. At the same time, you get to see a lot of nice places around the world.

-Which tournament is your favorite?
- I don't really know, I don't have a specific one.

-Last thing, what do you wish for the most, now?
-To be back in the top 50, so I don't have to play qualies any more.

Marta odpadła z rywalizacji w turnieju WTA w Sztokholmie. Nasza zawodniczka uległa dziś pierwszej tenisistce w kraju, Agnieszce Radwańskiej. Mimo wielu wyrównanych, rozgrywanych na przewagi, gemów Marta przegrała 0:6, 3:6. Nasza zawodniczka wygrała 54 spośród 127 rozegranych punktów, a w drugim secie zdobyła w sumie 6 punktów mniej niż Agnieszka. Spotkanie trwało prawie godzinę i 15 minut.

Występ w singlu dał Marcie 22 punkty do rankingu. Oznaczać to będzie awans na ok. 180 miejsce w rankingu WTA w przyszłym tygodniu.

Well it is, but it's just the information for Marta fans she fought, isn't it? :p No laughing needed :p

I can agree it might be a bit frustrating...even a lot. As I read in Wyborcza Marta was nervous and made too much mistakes - who wouldn't be if the whole Poland talk about this match. But she'll be back to top 100 soon. She is one of the favs to do something good in Bronx I think, as there is no Aga :p

And seriously nice she reached that 2nd round. 22 points is a very good achievement.

Marta at least started to not lose to lower ranked players. It seems for me she is more confident when she plays qualis.
I pray not to play Williams, but if You remember her way up rankings started with walkover over Venus here in Asia

Marta Domachowska znów się uśmiecha

Mecz z Venus Williams był bardziej wyrównany, niż wskazuje wynik - 2:6, 3:6. - Chcemy jak najszybciej wrócić do pierwszej setki WTA - mówi trener Domachowskiej

Zielone betonowe korty w Seulu to jedno z ulubionych miejsc Domachowskiej w WTA Tour, tutaj po raz pierwszy grała w finale dużego turnieju, przegrywając trzy lata temu z Marią Szarapową.

Musiała na pewien czas wrócić do challengerów, by tam zdobywać punkty do rankingu.

Z Williams, nr 1 turnieju, grała w Seulu już szósty mecz (awansowała do turnieju z eliminacji - red.) i wytrzymała go kondycyjnie. Do Seulu z Martą pojechała mama.
