This is the first tier III she has played all year, the wta only allows her to play one tier III a year:rolleyes:

She couldn't she had to rest her achilles. Health is most important, not chasing points. Kim would have to know she has a huge shot at number 1 in the first couple of months of 2006, Davenport and maria have 1000+ points to defend in that time in comparison to Kim who has just 99.

While all those titles are impressive, you could hardly call Luxembourg and Eastbourne high quality fields. Those are Tier 3's in everything but name.
