Dammit.

Still, that's a good result for Myriam, even if it's not Daniela's best surface.

I think the doubles (and therefore the tie) will be beyond Switzerland now. :(

Thanks for the updates though, TBE.

thanks once again for the results Mister Egg. Still don't hold out much hope for the tie overall, but that gives it some respectability.

Blimey Simon, 2-2 now :(

Casanova beat Nagyova 3-6 6-3 6-1

So says http://www.stz.sk/ anyway, only source I know and it's not live scores

Must be Daniela and Nagyova v Schnyder and Casanova now?

Though Tomas Malik should be playing Sucha not Nagyova IMO (unless Martina's injured too)

Man, what is going on...........how come Janette didn't play today?????

2-2 in a blink of an eye............hopefully the home crowd can pump Daniela up.

Thats it, if I catch the earliest flight, I may just get there to cheer the win...........Ooooohhhhh, what am I talking about, I've got no chance.

What a tough situation..........but Daniela and Henrieta will put up a huge fight, and I have confidence in Daniela.

Come on my angel(s).........hehehe

Still proud of the swiss. They showed great moral in beeing 0:2 behind and fighting back to level it.

Still Patty should have closed out her first match having a 5:3 lead in the third..........

Better luck next time girls.

what a pity... still, i think that patty beating hantuchova in straight sets and myriam beating nagyova (her best win yet ranking-wise) count for very much.

Yes Martina did play Fed Cup before. Together with Patty she reached the final against Spain which they unfortunately lost. After that Martina never again played Fed Cup.

I became "tennis - addicted" after the finals against spain, because Patty and especially Martina showed some great tennis against Arantxa and Conchita :)
