After nearly three months in jail, New York Times reporter Judith Miller was released Thursday after agreeing to testify in the investigation into the disclosure of the identity of a covert CIA officer, two people familiar with the case said.
Miller left the federal detention center in Alexandria, Va., after reaching an agreement with Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald.

No written report yet, but MSNBC TV revealed the Judith Miller's source is out of vice-president Cheney's office.

Which is not at all surprising, given Cheney pushed the WMD angle and Miller
provided a lot of ammunition with her scaving reports from 2001 to 2003, thorugh several NY times columns.

The source is Scooter Libby, chief of staff of vice-president Cheney.
