I love to cook but doesnt mean I am very good at it.

I like to make chicken parmagian (sp?) and hamburger steaks with gravy among other things.

I think my next attempt will be making salmon cakes.

Cooking is not too difficult, just try out some things. That's how I do it and everything I've made so far has been yummie (if I may say so myself ;)).

I love cooking---- learned everything I know from my grandma in the Caribbean. Although I'm a vegetarian, I can fix just about any meal ---- I cook fish, chicken , meat in so many different recipes for my family ---never taste the shit

Anyway, I love cooking pasta and some Indian dishes. I felt like having some pasta tonight, so I whipped up some red and green peppers, onions , olives , basil, with fresh tomatoes for my sauce and cooked some wheat pasta, and for veggies some peas ( I am so sick of broccoli) . I captured the pic for my msn

my speciality, fried eggs.

put some oil on a pan, then break 1 or more eggs, carefully by hitting the balls agaisnt the pan border (alternatively, you can break the eggs with a fork or a knive, or any hard object).

put the pan on the stove and heat it up.
Then wait around until the eggs look good.

Then, serve the eggs, put some salt on them and eat them. It's a good idea to have some bread with them.

I enjoy cooking when I have time. I've been bringing this to parties lately.. IT's not really cooking but everyone loves it.

Taco Salad :lick:
-----------
lettuce
little tomatoes cut in half
onion (chopped small)
Ranch dressing (usually the whole small bottle)
ground beef (1lbs.)
Dorito's (regular not ranch)

brown the beef, cool it... add everything except the dorito's until the last minute. When ready to serve.. open dorito bag.. crush the dorito's in the bag and mix it in... it's so yummy and everyone likes it. Make sure you add the dorito's last or it gets soggy. And don't add the beef while it's hot or it will wilt the lettuce...

It sounds awful, and guests look a bit scared when I tell them what I'm going to make, but once I add my secret ingredients they are like lambs to the slaughter

I like to think I can cook just about anything... the trouble is, when I get going in the kitchen, the result could turn out to be just about anything... and probably not what the recipients were expecting!

My speciality is tortilla de patatas, aka Spanish omelette. It took me quite a few attempts to get that one right, but I'm very proud I did.
