That second set was SO close. It could easily have gone to a third. Shame Dani's two set points went begging.

Her returns on Davenport's second serve seemed to go long at the crucial points which let her down in the end.

Daniela's serving in the second set was excellent though. I was impressed with her play and her attitude in the latter stages.
