Expect the bookies to correct the result and pay out on Sucha.

I don't know what Castano's done/changed this year, but she's been having some decent results - 4R at Miami (defeating Suarez and Schnyder, losing in 3 to Venus), QF at Bogota + Acapulco, now this SF - go Catalina :bounce:

Somebody's posted three times in about 30 minutes looking for scores.

My how the Internet has made people impatient. I remember the 1970s (yes, I'm an old fart!), when, if you missed the result of a baseball game out on the west coast when you'd listen to the morning news, you'd have to wait a whole day to get the result in the next morning's newspaper. I can only imagine how people here would react to that! ;-)

well, i think it's fair to ask for faster service in a faster world.
it's true - just X years ago you'd have to wait Y time to know about results and scores, and that too only for certain tournies and names, but you can't say that since it used to be that way we can't ask for quicker results NOW.
that would be like saying that back in my days we used to live in caves and there was no light after the sun went down (obviously, this is just a point) and that's why people should be grateful every second because they have light in their mobile phones.
in short - yeah, we ask for alot, but nothing that really is out of reach.
game-per-game isn't THAT hard to maintain. and the WTAtour should demand, or at least provide the tools and personal for sites that are actually worth something instead of some lame HTML for the second grade sh*t.

that said, i don't mind waiting an hour or two. no harm done :)

I'm not necessarily saying we shouldn't hope for faster service; more that it's pointless to ask for it three times in the span of about 40 minutes.

On a somewhat unrelated point, I've seen "live" score threads here on WTAWorld where there are so many people posting nonsense like "Fight [insert name of favorite player, followed by a dozen smilies]", that it slows down the server and you can't get the actual scores. :-)

Well long ago, there was a Dutch Queen visiting Canada and she was pregnant. So she's in labour and about to have her baby, when all of a sudden she is informed that if the baby is born outside of "Dutchland", then it won't be considered royalty. So us Canadians did this and that to say that her hospital room where she had the baby was "Dutchland" for the night. Vive le Canadiens.
