KFC bargain bucket. I think you get a coke (well they says it's coke, but I doubt it's the real stuff), and sometimes you get ice-cream along with it. It's usually out of date by three months, but hey if you can eat the chicken the ice cream is a doodle. :)

Appetizers: a small selection of Spanish tapas, preferably including jamón serrano, tortilla de patatas y cebollas, chorizo, queso manchego, and a lovely something I had in France, like a tiny bit of chèvre on a freshly toasted crouton...

First dish: pasta all'amatriciana, a traditional recipe that is mostly common around Rome and in southern Italy... that includes tomato, bacon, a bit of onion... :lick: (why am I even doing this around lunchtime? it's a torture!)

Second dish: actually anything that mixes flavours nicely... any kind of meat/fish would do, as long as it's the fruit of some smart juxtaposition of tastes. I remember a couple of lovely things I've tried from the Thai cuisine (shrimps with pineapple and coconut, or with a delicious mango sauce...), as well as a traditional 'fiorentina' in Tuscany (those who tried it know what I'm tyalking about!), variations on the chicken theme, and if we wanna keep it vegetarian, 'aubergines alla parmigiana'...

Dessert: from Sacher Torte to crème brulée, from brownies to a lovely thing I tried in Finland with a memorable strawberry filling... oh and, last but not least, New York's cheesecake

'Special guest': pizza made the Neapolitan way

Drinks: spring still water, a good number of Italian red wines...
