I believe you even if I don't play the game...

When I did run a game, I found that players would suspect corruption whenever things didn't go their way. They don't appreciate the hours taht go into running a game. :fiery:

thanx williams_rulez! everything was fine until scotsco joined. this is already the second scadal-like affair involving him (he was right the first time, but a simple pm would have been nice).

bump! first they complain, and then they won't respond when they are proven wrong.

I believed you even if you didn't post the points, but I only said it could be that you could see what points are good and then use them in other tournaments!
I haven't accused you in any way!
:)
But I'll still keep playing FWTA, it' fun!
:D

Some people sleep.

Iva Majoli (23/20/62)
Lina Krastnoroutskaya (33/5/62)

I notice though that your points are perfect.

Posting these proves nothing. As you are the one that received points and ran the game, you just had to wait until everyone sent theirs to select yours.

Scotso, these people have spent hours runningthis game for everyone else, and you accuse them of cheating because of one final you lost? Your first tournament you make a final, I wouldn't be complaining. I beat Majoli in the quarters of Indian Wells, my partner beat her in the semis of Memphis, and other players have beaten both her and Vento. If you still believe they cheat, then don't play.

Maybe you missed where I quit.

Don't understand why you're upset, are you one of the aforementioned's doubles partners?

croat123
Apr 1st, 2002, 03:48 PM
No, Ryan's player is Justine Henin and my partner is Maleeva. And FYI, Maleeva always sends in our doubles points. I have nothing to do with them. Yes, FWTA will still be run!

I was joking.

You have to realise that the tournament directors have spent a lot of time and effort into this game and that just because you lost one match to me doesn't mean that we have been cheating!

Why is this being so blown out of proportion?

FWTA is just a GAME!

G-A-M-E.

You win some, you lose some! It happens!

croat123, you do not need to prove anything~!You should be thanked for all the time andf effort you put into running this game and you do not need to hear all this stuff questioning your credibility.

When you enter such a game, you play it in good faith.

I made a suggestion on the FWTA forum about posting a copy of your points to someone like one of the admin of WTAWorld or someone of a similar neutral standing who will not get involved in processing this information or take part in the running of the game but could from time to time verify any questionable looking results.

Another thought has occurred to me. Don't you guys have a players forum on the FWTA site that Rosh made to post your points ?

Although that site is not part of www.jelena-online.com as such, it is on the same web space and I specifically remember our main tech man Howie tearing his hair out designing this player forum thingy that Rosh asked for. I have no idea how it works, this FWTA site is totally Rosh's baby, Howie just helped out with a bit of tech work.

Anyway, if you guys are using it or if you were to use it then I could always be called upon to see if there's been any monkey business taking place.

Of course this will only work if certain players don't think that I too am part of the 'Big Fix'
:p

I still think it would be easier to ask someone who's totally independent and beyond reproach to simply open up a hotmail account and everyone simply posts a copy of their points to it.

i dotn want to soudn rude, but i heavily object to my points being shown. it would ahev been nice to be ASKED first.

i used to use teh same points every week, cant do that anymore can i?!

i knwo u were trying to do the right thing, and i do believe u now that u arent cheating (i take back what i said in my e-mail) but PLEASE dont post my points without permission, its ruined my reasonably succesful game.

Um hello may i just say my points for Miami were 60 20 20. You said i would have lost but i would have won so not only do you cheat but you lie aswell! With these poinst i could have got to the quarter finals if i won the first set with someone who also had 60 in the first set!

PEOPLEEEEEEE,

If you don't want to play this game, just quit it, ok!!!
You don't need to accuse anybody. There are still a lot of other games, just join others and leave FWTA alone.

There are some people enjoy playing here, including me, and would always suppot this game. Again, this is only a GAME, it even don't involve any real money/prize.

croat123, you don't need to show our points to prove anything. But your decision to quit FWTA and run it is right.
petosp, we'll miss you terribly

Thank you Kfh_9188 and RYan and the ones who showed support after this stupid acusations. The real fact is that i won`t run cause i don`t like to argue with people and etc. But i will continue play. I don`t think the points should not be revealed anymore, me and Andy NEVER OPENED POINTS BEFORE DEADLINE that`s all i can SAY to you. We were the only ones who knew the password of the email.

As for Scotso for sure the one who wins a tournament should have perfect points on order to beat the players, i don`t care about what Roshan did to FWTA before, i just tried to save the game and now that it`s saved it can continue without me ;). I am NOT ROSHAN , so don`t be a .......... i don`t have more words for you. MOVE ON SCOTSO and leave FWTA ALONE.

Also i dont have a doubles partner if someone wanna join me for doubles please tell me.

I will miss to run the game also ;) Take Care i apreciate a lot the ones who trust on us.
