I suppose you can never say "never" but excluding injuries, walkovers, etc., I really can't see anything other than a Davenport victory. She'll be keen to go into the Australian Open in good form and will be giving her all today. Dechy has to play her best and still hope Davenport is off her game.

I say maybe... because anything is possible... but it would be somewhat of a miracle. Maybe yesterday Dechy had a chance when Lindsay was a bit rusty, but I saw her practice today, and she was hitting the ball really really well, so I think her doubles match might've gotten rid of the rustiness.
