Well done Tommy and ALG :)

I think they have already done better than Steffi and Boris several years ago. ;)

This puts then in great position to go to the final on Saturday. I thimk the only way Russia can get in is if they go 3-0 and 3-0 the next two days and Germany goes 0-3 or 1-2 in their next competition.

Argentina hasnt lost yet dear, and Coria is world number 7. Plus Dulko should easily beat Gronenfeld

I believe Dulko lost her opening match, so they are at least 2-1.

Worrld rank means nothing in this tournament. Safin is number four and he still lost to Hass.

Haas. :)

So you mean Haas beating Safin in a regular tournament is less likely than here? :)

Maybe.

When was the last time Haas defeated Safin in a non-exhibition tournament?

Another win for Francesca all she needs is a better partner. Do they reward you well at the Hopman for turning up? You have to wonder if she would do better actually playing one of the small tournaments this week - same level of competition - she might win.

No idea about rewards. Italy has Volandri, Seppi or Starace over Davide. I like Davide but his game is not really threatening to the likes of Haas or :fiery: Coria :fiery:

She lost 1st round last year in Gold Coast and lost 2nd Round 2 years ago and her Hopman Cup record is great since she's never lost a match there so I'm not sure it's better :)

Maybe.

The more appropriate question would be "when is the last time they even played in a non-exo tournament". The answer would be three years ago.

But my question still wasn't answered; who won?
