I was shocked when I got on the balance today :eek: , I putted on 10 pounds in 12 days :o . Ain't nothing like home cooking :lick: . What about ya'll???

Nothing! :) Probaly cuz I played at least 2 hours of tennis everyday. EVEN ON CHRISTMAS! :(

none because I had the flu and never ate properly over xmas :( I love christmas dinner and chocolate and would have quite happily put on a few pounds if it meant I could eat.

hmm, my eating patterns have gone to shit these hols. i havent had breaky :lol: I go to sleep @ 3AM, and eat at like 1AM so thats my breaky. I wake up for lunch.

I doubt Ive put on any weight though :sad:

Nothing. Even though Canadian weather made exercising difficult. Well, I was sick for several days and did not, for example, retain Christmas dinner, plus my weight does not change very much. I went from doing a bunch of muscular exercises but very little cardio to training five or six times a week, competing, and eating better, and I lost four pounds. Some of my teammates lost fifteen doing the same thing. I don't gain weight either though, even when i have too much chocolate, like the holidays. :lol:
