i was just watching some old tapes from the 2000 YEC at Maddison Square Garden and i was watching Lena Dementieva come from behind to beat Lindsay and Kim..
my God! her serve was VERY good back then... and her groundstrokes as well.... will she ever get that serve back? :sad: :sad:

and elena saved two MPs against world #1 Lindsay :)

There have been some good signs. She was hitting them flatter and with more direction in her exhibition match against Justine. She still hit quite a few double faults though. But that's ok, we can't expect miracles that fast.
