I'll resolve to go on a diet and lose the holiday weight, and I'll probably do it but then gain it back a week or so later.

I'm resolving to not make friends with people that I shouldn't be friends with, I'm rather sick of bailing people out of jail.

I'll also probably resolve to spend less time worrying and more time having fun. I intend to do that.

I'll try to quit smoking, but I know on New Years Day in the club I will be smoking

Stop getting back together with my ex, hopefully that will be resolved this year ;)

Enjoy the moment more and quit being so perfectionistic.
Work out more.
Qualify for the provincial cross-country championships.
Be less suspicious of people who are only trying to make friends.
Get my average up.
Be less messy.
Have more money, hopefully not by getting an actual job, but I'm afraid that might be the only way.
Pray more and trust in God more.
Get a girlfriend.
Come out.

Dammit, I'm overwhelmed already.

I don't like to think of them as "resolutions" so much as a list of things to do:

* I'm going to adopt the Kaballah way of thinking into my lifestyle.
* I'm going to get a tattoo on my lower back to cover up an ugly scar.
* I'm going to work on building up my arms, back and butt muscles.
* I'm going to find a cool job that pays at least $500 a week after taxes.
* I'm going to sit and pass my level 1, 2 and 3 coaches accreditation.
* I'm going to finish all three of my screenplays and sell them.

I think that's enough for 2005, otherwise I'll go crazy.

Mine was to get my sixpack back. This would mean getting the old abs developed to what they were before I got out sedentary and of shape, as well as losing a little weight so they'll show. I'm succeeding with the first part but the second part is a lot harder. I enjoy my wine and cheese etc too much. :lick:

I have various goals and objectives but none of them are related to the fact that we are about to start a new year. Thankfully, this is in keeping with my still unbroken 2004 resolution which was to never make any more New Year's resolutions. :yeah:
