That's the greatest movie in the 90s as i see it. Alberto Mar 17th, 2002, 02:20 PM EVEY!!! :fiery: Thanks a lot!!!! :bounce: :bounce: Iconoclast Mar 17th, 2002, 03:17 PM Since the thread says "Best Film", not "Best American Film", I would point to the Brazilian "Central do Brasil" ("Central Station") as one of the most memorable movie experiences of that decade. Likely the most critically-acclaimed movie to ever come out of Brazil, it was nominated for an Academy Award in 1999 as Best Foreign Language Film, but missed out against Roberto Benigni's incredible "It's a Beautiful Life". Fernanda Montenegro earned an Oscar nomination as Best Actress in a Leading Role as the first Brazilian ever. http://www.spe.sony.com/classics/centralstation/stills/vo-fm6.jpg http://www.spe.sony.com/classics/centralstation/stills/vo-fm4.jpg shelik Mar 17th, 2002, 03:40 PM Braveheart...no contest!
