BATHURST is upon us!!!

Ambrose had a shocker today. Smacked the wall at Forrests Elbow in one practice session, blew an engine in another. Ritter hasn't even driven the car yet.

Have to say, I don't really like V8's as much as I used to. Though I do watch them at the GP every year. Just wish the Japanese GP was on Foxtel, so we could get it live.

The GP will be broadcast at 5:30pm on channel 10, after BATHURST and then the news/sports tonight

Yeah, but I want it live, pissed me off last year considering it was a championship decider. Skaife hasn't gone that well has he in the V8's?

Skaife has had a shocker season. His loss at Sandown marked exactly one year since he last won a round. I believe skaife sits about 14th-ish on the points ladder overall.

In comparison to Lowndes though, Skaife has had a dream season... I think Lowndes still langushes in the bottom 25 on that ladder! Serves him right for defecting to Ford :p

Lowndes just hasn't gone that well since moving to Ford, serves him right though

Ambrose hasn't had the smoothest of runs so far - the best he's managed was 13th fastest in Practice 2 :D
