Her new ranking is 92 :yeah: :) ;)

Let's pray now that she will be allowed to travel abroad by the Chinese Federation.
Because i have a bad feeling that it could already be the end of her season

That would be very sad! Unfortunately, I didn't see her name listed in anywhere in the coming events.

Great win anyways and keep it going!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

is this the chick who took svetlana to 3 sets in the china open?

Congratulations Li on making history, hopefully the chinese federation will come to its senses.

Nice job Li Na. She's showing such great potential. Why wouldn't the Chinese Federation allow her to travel abroad?the others do.

Li Na :woohoo:
I knew she would win :yeah:
Hopefully she'll be allowed to travel more after this, but I have a feeling its her last tournament of the year. She had better show up at the AO next year.

Way to go Li Na! :yeah: :bigclap: Welcome to the Top 100, too!

Incidentally, she did win an ITF event a couple years back: The Midland $75,000 Challenger in February 2002, which I believe she also won as a qualifier. Then she disappeared from the tour until a few months ago. Does anyone have the inside story on her long absence?

she's not back to the natinal team yet. so, no money~
but i guess she'll be back soon. Sun jinfang, the director of chinese tennis association saidbefore the china open that li na is the best chinese player. so i guess~
