Is "The Guardian" still on in the US and if it is, how is it rating?

I know it's still on, I see the advertisements during "Letterman."

In these cutthroat times, if it's still on, it must be doing well enough. I know Simon Baker is currently an "It" Boy. In the commercials I've seen, he doesn't look so sexy, but I've seen some photo spreads with him on a motorcycle in a tight black t-shirt and :drool:

It usually wins it's time slot and has already been renewed through the 2003 season! :) Simon is a hottie. I love this show.
