Ppl saying she's having her best year in her career. But the truth is she had a better season in '85.

Its her best year for a long time anyway, 85 is so long ago it might as well be a different career :p

Technically, this is Amy's best year ever on tour. Her best career season was in 1992 when she went 34-17. She is already 34-16 in 2004, and can easily surpass 92 with some solid results in her next few tournaments.

In fact, I would say she has been far more consistent in 2004 since she has made it out of the first round of all but two tournaments this year.

Well, my career-best year was 1959 when I won my Best Actress Oscar, swept all the pre-Oscar awards, and was Top 10 Box Office draw. It doesn't get better than that in Hollywood.

Liz was bitter and angry and gnashing her teeth when I won, but that's life, Liz!

1985? she wasn't playing professionally then, and aged just 13. You mean 1995? She was solid top-20 for much of 1991-1995 as I recall.

i think this year can be viewed as her best. it's very tough now, and the fact that she has her best record this year really reflects some good consistency and some quality wins.
