I, ofcourse, feel nastya will win. thanks to her experience, better all-around game, and the ability to step her game up a notch against her fellow russians.... she wants to be russian #1 for a long long time, and i believe it's going to stay that way..... :yeah:

Really. Sharapova is a far better player in nearly every department. She has yet to harness her full potential, but she is working so hard, that she clearly will end this year higher than Myskina.

No she isn't and no she won't.

Myskina will win (hopefully). I think it will be two tough sets, like 6-4 7-6 sorta thing.

but as I said, Myskina will overcome Masha again as she did twice this year. Go for the 3rd Nasyta, just to beware us from those 'who's prettier?'-threads ;) ...

Third time lucky for Maria.

This time she'll have the confidence to pull off the win.

I am pushing for Myskina to win this match, and I think she can. She has a good all around game, and a cagey style of play that hopefully will lift her past Masha. It's true that Myskina is rather stubborn against her fellow Russians, going 6-1 in matches this year. (Her only loss coming to the streaky Elena Likhovtseva.) Go Myskina! :)

I just hope she (Myskina) is confident -- more than she was at Wimbledon. I'm anxious to see how the US Open goes for her.

It's going to be very tight I guess.... I think Maria will win, 6-4 in the 3rd set...

I'd very surprised if either player wins this match in straight sets. It looks to be a tough and hard fought, three setter.

Anastasia in 2 sets! She's just a better all around player right now. She's a smarter more complete player at this point.

The way Masha took apart Dulko last night I'm gonna have to go with her(I think Masha had about 6 games won at love), though Myskina played well herself. The Russian girls in general are pretty amazing right now. Not quite sure why Bovina hasn't been winning much, she really did well against Serena, though the scoreline doesn't show it. This one may very well come down to who have more confidence in the end.
