It was very close, unluckily Poland was not able to catch up and goes out in the qualies.

The other 8 teams qualified for the Fed Cup main draw: quarterfinals will be played in the 5th leg. :)

Ouch, tough loss against France in that last leg. They really are a fine team. Lucky we were able to hang on to the first place in the rankings.

The Admeans looks like a team we could handle in the quarterfinals. You never know though. Stranger things have happened.

I forgot to mention I gave the first seed to the European Union as they tied with the USO team in terms of wins, but they beat them in their direct match (4-1 in the 3rd leg). :)

luckily there's me in that awful admeans team, cos my partners suck! yes, this could start a row, and i'll have to reconsider my nationality next year, maybe i'll pull a dokic and start my own country!

oh james, beware! cos we did our best to obtain that underdog position! watch out for your dose of admeania! roar

It seems I have the weight of the USA (not even my country) for us to win a couple of matches;)
