Who hits harder Sprem or Sharapova?

I think Sprem does, but not as consistently as Sharapova.

Sprem. But because she takes the ball so early, that's what did it.
Venus was on her back foot more so in that match than she was in some against Serena.

Sprem hits with a bit more top spin, and she hits harder than Maria as well. Maria wouldn't be able to overpower Venus, as somebody said earlier.

Sharapove looks like a better player, but I'd say Sprem hits the ball harder

yeah, i was surprised how much spin sprem puts on the ball. till i saw her in eastbourne, it really jumps up!

I think the key point is this: Sprem hits the ball EARLIER, but Sharapova hits it harder....I mean the girl can blast the ball for sure!!

they sure do both make some noise and effort into their shots

Sharapova........but Sprem can hit hard to any where in the court. Maria needs time to set up and unleash the monster.
