I hereby GUARANTEE 100% that ELENA BOVINA will win BIRMINGHAM.

Lena is filled with confidence after her clay run, and new coach.

I am filled with confidence.

I last got this feeling at '02 Quebec, and Lena won the title.

BOVINA will win Birmingham, unless some late entrants screw up my plans.

It's a lock.

Isn't another over 6' tall Russina going to be in Birmingham going for the title? ;)

Lena withdrew.

Whatever.

I don't like her anymore.

Other Russians are doing really well... while Lena stays the same, doing nothing.

I'm very angry with her now.

Lina, if you're of fan of Bovina's then be a fan through thick and thin. She would be hurt if she knew you were jumping ship on her.

I'm tired of rooting for crapulance.

That's what my challenger favorites are for.

You're being too hard on Elena. She's a top 20 tennis player and that's impressive. :) If it wasn't for her numerous injuries Lena would be pushing the top 10.

Lena is scheduled to play there for now.

Nothing is for sure though until the draw is out... because Lena likes to withdraw a lot.

Shame Lena withdrew. Last match against Capritati she played her best match since last years indoor tournaments. Just a shame she isn't top 16 ranked. Though she certainly doesn't have the luck of Suarez/Farina, and compared to them Lena regurlarly plays three setters against the likes of Capi/Davenport. Hopefully she'll stay injury free till the end of the season.

Bovina will make a splash at Wimbledon. Hopefully, she'll embarrass Sharapova in the process, to return the favour from last year, when she was injured :D
