I have never figured out John. He acts as thought he is a big fan of Justine sings her praises to death only to turn around and make snide remarks about her. he may be joking but he has been in the limelight to know that the media don't translate jokes, they spin to make it all sound he was serious.

Regardless of how H-H got to #1 she got there. Of course her sportmanship is questionable and she does use gamesmanship. IMO, it's an open and closed case. What's the big deal? Everyone knows this, but everyone also knows she's a great player.

Anybody in his or her right mind will never agree that had Venus and Serena and
on tour last year, Justine and Kim could be #1 and #2 in the world.
You all know how Venus got there. She beat the then world number one Hingis
and number two Davenport consistently in grandslams (US 2000/2001-- Wimbledom
2000/2001 to get there. Serena did the same thing and she got there.
But which of the Justine fan or Kim's can show the credentials for their positions
number one and number two.

Well,at the beginning of Wimby he was talking to Sue Barker about who were the fav and all and he was like:"Well,Justine is one of the players that I like to..well..euhm..what the hell,Justine is my fav player to watch it's as simple as that"And he started the ussual drooling over Justines game again.But he did say that Justine wasn't going to win Wimbledon that year from the beginning of the tourney.By the USO he was the normal Johnny Mac again,but who can blame after that semi.He even said that he'd come out of retirement and give up his commenting jobs to play mixed doubles with Justine if she was ok with it and all.He also went to Justine the morning of the final to ask whether she was ok and all.

Sisters were at RG 2003. She won that event fairly in terms of the draw,
you can argue to the cows learn how to fly about the SF. It's not surprising
that the only people making a fuss or still are tend to be Wililams fans

else gives a damn because they think it was a minor moment in the match.
