Although many might call this a walk-over for MOMO, I think Maggie is just the right kind of "all court" player that can really hurt MOMO if she lets her nerves get to her. Momo's play this event has been pretty poor. Maggie and Momo have never played on clay and Maggie lost all meetings but the very last one on carpet in Moscow.
I say Maggie Will win

Well, I think Maggie is an underestimated player. I think she can trouble Momo. I just want to remind u of Maggies last years match against Kim. Who expected her to win a set and even 6-0!

Well I also think this match isn't easy to predict...
Maggie played very smart vs Amelie in Moscow, and Amelie got very easily frustrated with that...
I definately think that an upset here is possible ;) :)
Go Maggie

anyone know their H2H?
May 28th, 2004, 08:46 PM
Of course an upset is possible here, specially cuz Maggie is coming from 3 great wins, and Amelie, mmm, I dont know, but I think she's feeling the pressure, specially after Justine's upset, that, theorically, made it easier to Momo. But Momo had some problems against both spaniards, some slump moments, but if she gives Maggie the chance to win the match, I'm quite sure Maggie will use it to make her best performance in Roland Garros.
But we all know what Momo is capable to do, so I dont wanna make any prediction, just let it happen and then we talk about the score.
But I'd bet my 1 dollar on Maggie, the money is mine and I spend it on anything I want to :p

the H2H (I think) is 4-1 for Momo.
