one of the russians, but atm i give masha and nadia the edge over vera as vera took 3 sets against serna and the other 2 basically thrashed both their opponents so far. but vera is definately in the mix.

i don't think the top quarter of the draw could be any more boring. sharapova vs zvonareva is interesting, but aside from that no matches really catch my eye.

perebiynis is going to make a name for herself here i think.

when stevenson is playing well (which i know is very rarely) she is better than a lot of players. let us just weight and see what happens.

Think You have to take the quality of opponents into account, as I said on another thread You'd have to think ,with about 100 points apart in the rankings Serna would thrash Fedak
