no, they don't. As a new leg starts, all the previous values are not considered anymore. That's why, for example, Martina Hingis and Jennifer Capriati are not listed in the second leg values yet, despite the fact they won a tournament and scored an Ace in the 1st leg. :)

The second leg started two weeks ago, I posted in another thread the values from the tournaments in Antwerp and Doha:
