3rd leg spare cards and values

3rd leg: March 8th - April 25th
Indian Wells, Key Biscayne, Amelia Island, Casablanca, Charleston, Estoril

5 players didn't compete in any tournament and needed a replacement for the 3rd leg. :)

Arvidsson <=> Pisnik #32
Seles <=> Schiavone #22
Testud <=> Zuluaga #23
Rubin <=> Mandula #34
Coetzer <=> Dokic #19

Except for Rubin, all these players have been picked only once or twice, so I don't expect a huge influence on the final outcome. :)
