I used to use the search engine pretty regularly, usually to track down the ocassional mentions Julie Halard might get on the board ;)...any prospect at at all of a return for this feature?

I think the admins have to shut down the board for about to days to restore the search.

Actually this week would have been a pretty good chance to do it, but I forgot to ask for it. :o :(
Now I don't see it coming back anytime soon. :(

I repeat my pretty please with sugar on top bring the search thread back.

For those of us who like the more obscure players looking through the entire board for a mention of there names is murder.

I always like to search for my name on the board, since people love gossiping about me.

So many Of Our posts are archived on Google :o that in the mean time if you enter wtaworld and keyword(s) as "search for all" in Advanced, which basic search does anyway, you're likely to "hit paydirt". Example:

WTAworld.com - www.marionbartoli.net
... (And I STILL think Tatiana is le Future French Femme, though right now
I just want le Placid Parisian to defend her Gold Coast title). ...
www.wtaworld.com/showthread.php?t=84303 - 75k - Cached - Similar pages

(That was in Advanced, using Placid Parisian As An exact phrase. Should I start copyrighting all these JR names)? :p

Edit: same result found searching For "Future French Femme". :D
