What a great week!
Now, let's go to Rome and kick some asses!!
May 8th, 2004, 09:21 PM
Good luck sweetie :hearts:
May 10th, 2004, 12:50 AM
I just realized the K-lina would be at a disadvantage getting a top 4 seeding
if she is seeded 17th-24th she will face someone seeded 9th-16th in the third round and then someone seeded 5th-8th in the fourth round. If she is seeded 16th she will face a top 4 seed in the 4rth round.

Viva K-Lina!!
May 12th, 2004, 10:27 PM

Now that PSG have successfully thrown away another championnat, i will support you !!!
Make sure that the only blue, white and red at RG, is that of the croatian flag!
Who needs Claude Monet?

Je t'aime my darling
May 17th, 2004, 09:56 PM
Oh no  K-lina is sick, she has some sort of virus... that is why she pulled out of strasbourg
This is really bad news, she won't be able to practice at 100% leading up to RG and she might still be sick when the tournament starts
May 19th, 2004, 11:42 AM
Good luck K-lina!!! I hope you'll be healty at RG!!
May 19th, 2004, 12:07 PM
Hope she's healthy. Of course, shopping and sightseeing in Paris always makes one feel better.

Go Sprem, take the title in Paris :bounce:
May 21st, 2004, 01:38 PM
K-lina opens against Myriam Casanova...
pretty decent draw. She has beaten Myriam before as well as both of her second round opponents (Lee-Waters and Vento-Kabchi) and her most likely third round opponent (Kuznetsova). the forth round would bring myskina, molik, or mandula (all very beatable) and the qf a rematch of the berlin semis with venus (i'm praying for k-lina to come out on top this time) unless kostanic takes venus out early ;)/:devil:
very favorable draw, but k-lina has to just take it one match at a time...
May 21st, 2004, 01:52 PM
Great draw IMO :)
Good luck sweetheart :hearts:
May 21st, 2004, 05:03 PM

May 24th, 2004, 06:42 PM
K-lina will be on court 17 tomorrow. there is a webcam so we can get some stills, but it is one of the crappy ones that doesn't do close ups
May 24th, 2004, 07:36 PM

May 25th, 2004, 05:31 PM
11 double faults. Reminding me of that loss against Randriantefy (?) where her serve was also totally off. :crying2:
aaaaaaaaaahhhh and imagine where her ranking will be when those Vienna points come off. :crying2:

Nate, we need to kick K-Lina's ass.
May 25th, 2004, 06:06 PM
she'll be playing the dsf classic and she'll win it so she'll gain points ;)
this is a setback, but i know that k-lina can rebound on the grass

Life gets a lot tougher on the tennis tour when the expectations start to rise and you're defending instead of trying to climb up the ladder. It will be interesting to see how Sprem reacts to the pressure. I don't see her as a top 10 player ever, but hopefully she won't go the way of Bedanova, Hantuchova, etc.
