What tier is this?

Money is listed on the drawsheet as Tier V prize money, but points are listed on the drawsheet as Tier IV points.

Anyone know?

The price money are like tier V tournament becouse of money trouble of organiztors but WTA becouse of long tradition of tournament decided to keap Tier IV points what means that is tier IV tournament...
