Gotta laugh everytime i read threads about sexuality ... to pour my share ... lot of rumours were spread here in Slovenia about Krizan/Srebotnik after Katarina left her hometown (my hometown; we went in the same groundschool - she was one year behind me) to live in Maribor where Krizan has an appartment. Even Pisnik 'looks' a bit ... different. Once she was asked why are there so many lesbian tennis players on the tour ... she confirmed there are quite a lot of them but herself avoid the question. She was seen with her boyfriend in Bol 2000 but now lives alone.

So everyone who is playing Husarova is lesbian? I think that might be the reason why they broke their partnership because Elena felt uncomfortable. They had excellent results in 2001 but Elena said something like she wants to concentrate on her singles yet she played doubles in every tournament she entered!

Some of these guys might be bisexual, despite having girlfriends.

I would imagine too that there is a fair amount of experimentation that goes on in both tours. Even if they turn out to be straight, I'm sure many players have tried it. It's hard to see members of the opposite sex, it's hard to have a relationship given the traveling, you're surrounded by these people 30 weeks a year...shit's bound to happen.

That being said, Gambill and Ginepri are straight. I really wish they weren't (especially Ginepri lol) but they are. Ginepri's dating Minnie Driver, Gambill's dated a couple of models...Gambill's definitely a metrosexual though. Ginepri's just straight.

It is undoubtable that there are a fair share of gay/lesbian/bisexual (no transexuals as we know of - yet) on both tours. I would imagine that perhaps there are more lesbians than gay guys just because of the nature of the sport, but I am sure a lot goes on on the ATP. Loads will have experimented because nowadays that is the norm.

Idle speculation is pointless though. OK - there are certain giveaways but even they are often flawed. You just can never tell - and why worry about it anyway! I know loads of my friends are gay who have not come out. Do I worry - no. It is up to the person to tell me. People are very private and that should always be respected!

I don't think it really matters as far as worth as a person or anything having to do with them as people but maybe peole want to know because maybe the people wondering are gay or Lesbian and knowing that someone recongnized is gay or lesbian in a sport they like may give them someone new to cheer for or something like that i would imagine. Also an openly gay guy started playing pro tennis in smaller tournaments I don't remember his name thought but there was a thread in gm a while back.

As regarding Kiwi and Schuttler and regarding ALL the ATP-stuff going around here ... I think gay guys are more into female tennis than male tennis but love to chat about ATP guys - which is the reason I personally surf 99% for female tennis but love to view the gay-topics around here ;-)

I think we love the athletism and the sexiness of a Rafter or MarkP or whoever and love to imagine what´s going on with these guys behind the scenes. Years ago it was a rumour 3 top30 players at that time were 100% gay and we all know that we tip Courier among of them. Nowadays I don´t know if we should tip on anyone being gay but we could definetly be sure of some of the top players have experienced blow jobs or wanking with some other guys on the tour being lonely around the world. And WE simply LOVE to imagine that, what´s wrong about that.

Kiwi or Schuettler might be candidates for that, but, let me add that Schuttler is praised for his butt and his athletism here, no more proof here. Just wishful thinking. Imagine him, Kiwi and Haas in one Olympic bungalow, f.e.. Should be hot. But wether or not they have experienced gay sex shower games or not, Kiwi has a longtime-girlfriend, same as Schuettler used to be linked to 1-2 girls from the German celebrity side (same as Andy with Mandy Moore - don´t think too dirty about that ;-)).
