I have a feeling that a lot of these random girls who get Middle East wildcards have daddies with pots of money... I don't recognise Gregoric either.

_______
@ Eggy, who do u like more, Gulnara or Evgenia ? (cheering for ...). Plz tell me something about Gulnara. Will her name be as familiar as the one of Kirilenko or Sharapova in upcoming months and years ?
And what has happened to Vera D. ? Has she played too much ?
I'm watching the uprising of Vera and ALG since they met in RoGa-final. Vera seems to be always one step ahead of Anna-Lena. I think she's is regarding Vera as a an ideal in switching from juniors to WTA-tour palyers. So if Vera's struggling I am a bit anxious about ALG, too. ;)

Gulnara might make top 200 some some day
Vera D isnt struggling ;) but could do better
she's doing just nice :)
plus she's around 16 months younger than ALG, she doesnt get clear of her AER until October this yr.
She'll be inside top 100 with 14 events.
ALG is having a bad time but she'll come out of it soon when clay starts.

I guess Gulnara as well as Vera will show us some good results this year (on every surface). And for ALG I hope she gets out of this slump fast and not only tries to focus on clay. That won't help her out.
Good luck Gulnara !!! ;)
