American NCAA battle

They were never teenage phenoms on tour ala Capriati and Seles :p , but in the Kroger St. Jude 2nd Semi we have two former USA NCAA champions going at it ... Raymond studied at the University of Florida, where she won the individual title in 1992 and 1993. Granville won the title in 2000-2001 as a Stanford (where my friend was her roommate freshman year :lol: ) Cardinal before joining the tour full time. Their paths converge in Memphis for a meeting of past and present college standouts.

Lisa is slightly more aggressive so I think this match will be hers to win or lose ... plus she is defending champion so she will not want to be upstaged by her reincarnation. :tape: I say Lisa wins in 2 tight sets.
